For almost two weeks every year, Park City becomes the home of the
Sundance Film Festival. The town's streets and shops are overtaken by
swarming crowds and dozens of venues and events. Park City's Main
Street is transformed into the center in which the festival's activity
revolves around. It becomes the runway on which everyone travels while
on their way to each day’s events.
Documenting the festival through the perspective of the
multiple inanimate objects that line the streets of Park City,
Sundance is shown in a view that is unlike any other. We take on the
role of the town viewing it's newly welcomed guests. We are at a stand
still while Sundance and all it's energy is in flux around us.
